All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method and the warehouse the product is shipped from. For customers in the United States, shipping options and pricing are calculated based on domestic delivery rates. For international customers, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method. All shipping charges are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by the local customs authority.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@faceoftrendora.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
