Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, we may require clear photo or video evidence so we can assess the problem. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns without prior approval. Items must not be sent back unless we specifically instruct you to do so after a claim has been reviewed and approved. Claims that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
